Visit INL
Bringing science closer. Inspiring minds.
The INL - International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory opens its doors to students who are curious about science, research, and innovation. By welcoming schools and universities, we aim to foster public engagement, promote research careers, and build a deeper understanding of our work in nanoscience and nanotechnology.
At INL, we open our doors to connect with the public, share science in accessible and engaging ways, and showcase the impact of our research.
Through visits and outreach, we aim to inspire curiosity, promote STEM careers, and strengthen INL’s role as a leading voice in nanoscience and technology.

School Programmes/Visits
Native Schools
In partnership with Native Scientists, this programme brings science closer to students through workshops in the researchers' native languages, creating meaningful connections through shared language and culture.
Cientista Regressa à Escola / Científic@ Regresa a la Escuela
A heartfelt initiative where researchers revisit their childhood schools in Portugal or Spain, offering inspiring, hands-on science sessions for young learners.
Other School Visits
We’re also happy to visit local schools upon request, sharing our passion for science through short talks or demonstrations. Priority is given to schools we haven’t visited INL - International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory yet.
